Comments:
On the list of digital images for the manuscript, the folio is given as 6r; the foliation itself is given in the manuscript as 1. The first phrase is the same as the fourth, except that in Phrase 4 there is a Bb signed but there is not one visible in Phrase one (it is possible there is one under the rubric, which overlays the B of that neume). Anglès gives the first note of Phrase 10 as F and the last note of Phrase 11 as a single note D. Van der Werf only gives a transcription of the Esc melody with comments on how this melody differs from that in Esc- he notes that Len's second-to-last neume group (Phrase 11) is FEDED instead of FEDEC in Esc, but in the manuscript the oblique in that neume ends on C, as transcribed here, and the last neume is CD instead of DD as in Esc, not noted in Van der Werf's notes.
