Comments:
VWE has transposed down a 5th. This folio has a narrow section excised from the top center of the folio, removing part of each column roughly halfway down the folio. There is a note partially obscured because of this damage (in both the color and b/w versions of the manuscript on Gallica), the first note at the top of the second column, over the word "re," of which only the 'e' is visible. The stem of the note is visible, and its placement, as well as the agreement of that contour with the version of this melody found in G, shows the partial note should belong to 'E' and is included in this transcription, as in the edition of Van der Werf, but not in that of Cuesta.
